Vintage Doten-Dunton Roll Top Desk in very good condition! Made in Boston, Massachusetts circa 1910 by the Doten-Dunton Commercial Furniture Company.

Each drawer features the company stamp. The desk has all of its original hardware, beautiful crystal knobs on each of its drawers. There are seven large single drawers and one large double drawer. There are also eight small drawers at the top of the desk.

There is the original clock made by The Water Barry Company, USA, still intact and in working condition (see figure 1).

The desk is large and made of solid oak. It measures roughly 64 inches across, 44 inches high, 40 inches wide. The finish seems to be the original finish and is in excellent condition, except for some minor scratches / wear and tear. The desk has writing pull outs on each side. The original chair is also included, although it is not in as good of shape as the desk.

I have researched other similar desks made by this company and have yet to find one in such excellent condition with the higher end features like the clock and crystal. This is such a beautiful desk!
